Notice of the December 12, 2007 MCC Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Department of State, 2201 C Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20520.
The Board will consider the selection of countries that will be eligible for Millennium Challenge Account (“MCA”) assistance in FY08; other Compact and Threshold Program-related matters; and certain administrative matters. The agenda items are expected to involve the consideration of classified information and the meeting will be closed to the public.
