Basis for Closing the September 12, 2007 MCC Board of Directors Meeting

The Board voted to close the September 12, 2007 Board of Directors meeting, effective as of August 30, 2007.  No member objected to closing the meeting.  MCC expects the Board members (also, up to one additional senior member of each Board member’s staff), the National Security Advisor and selected MCC corporate officers and staff to attend the meeting.
