Basis for Closing the November 8, 2006 MCC Board of Directors Meeting

The Board voted to close the November 8, 2006 Board of Directors meeting, effective as of October 23, 2006.  No member objected to closing the meeting.  MCC expects the Board members (plus up to one senior member of each Board member’s staff), the National Security Advisor and selected MCC corporate officers and staff will attend the meeting.
