Notice of the June 13, 2005 MCC Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) will hold a meeting on Monday, June 13, 2005 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at the Department of State, 2201 C Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20520 .

The Board will meet to discuss and consider proposed Millennium Challenge Account (“MCA”) Compacts, under the provisions of Section 605(a) of the Millennium Challenge Act, codified at 22 U.S.C. 7706(a). The meeting will be closed to the public because it is expected to involve the consideration of classified information.
