Basis for Closing the March 14, 2005 MCC Board of Directors Meeting

The Board voted to close the March 14, 2005 Board of Directors meeting, effective as of February 27, 2005. No member objected to closing the meeting. MCC expects the Board members (plus up to one senior member of each Board member's staff), the National Security Advisor and selected MCC corporate officers and staff will attend the closed portions of the meeting.
