Basis for Closing the November 8, 2004 MCC Board of Directors Meeting

The Board voted to close certain portions of the November 8, 2004 Board of Directors meeting. No member objected to closing the meeting. The Board members (plus up to one senior member of each Board member's staff), the National Security Advisor and selected MCC corporate officers and staff will attend the closed portions of the meeting.
