Basis for Closing the May 6, 2004 MCC Board of Directors Meeting

The Board voted to close certain portions of the May 6, 2004 Board of Directors meeting, effective as of April 26, 2004. No member objected to closing the meeting. MCC expects the Board members (plus up to one senior member of each Board member's staff) and selected MCC corporate officers and staff will attend the closed portions of the meeting.
