Basis for Closing the February 2, 2004 MCC Board of Directors Meeting

The Board voted to close certain portions of the February 2, 2004 Board of Directors meeting. No member objected to closing the meeting. The Board members (plus one senior member of each Board member's staff), the Interim CEO and selected MCC staff will attend the closed portions of the meeting.
